Our company experience with the production information systems within the paper and pulp production segment and the secondary paper production, can be divided two parts.
Implementation
The first part is the system implementation directly at the end customers. It includes our completed systems and third party systems. Currently, our offer includes our own Mangrow - Production system for production planning and management and we are certified partners of the world recognized producers (ABB, TietoEnator and Honewell). The first listed solution is designed as a comprehensive tool for medium and small companies. The second solution is designed for larger or fast developing companies.
Development
The second area, where our company has its know-how for the respective specialisation, is a long-standing development of the bespoke production system parts; we have completed the bespoke system for a recognized paper industry production system company (TietoEnator).
Maintenance, development, and overhaul
The third area is the maintenance, development, and overhaul of the paper industry production systems. We are experienced in providing professional servicing works, that includes the provision of servicing on the first level in critical production areas complying with strict criteria (the repair must be completed up to 4 hours from reporting it) and also the contractually guaranteed resources for continuous development of the system.
Consulting and advisory
The last area includes the consulting and advisory services for the respective area. The services include the analysis of the existing finances, recommended solutions, and estimation of expenses for potential introduction of a suitable system.
The combination of the above mentioned experience from the specified areas guarantees that our employees provide fully competent services and are able to evaluate the occurring situations within larger context.
How long are we involved in the segment
From 1998, we have been active within the paper production segment; our first project was the pulp production system management for Mondi Packaging Paper Štětí a.s. (former Assidomain Sepap Štětí a.s.).
