The automotive industry is traditional for the Czech Republic and currently, it is one of the key branches. Merz s.r.o. commenced their activities within this branch in 1995.
The implemented solutions include particularly:

- TRW Lucas Varity - Collecting the production data from lines with predominant manual production.
- Liplastec s.r.o. - Manufacturing execution system (MES) on fully automated lines for monitoring the production, idle time, defective work, production planning and monitoring the fulfilment of individual job orders.
- TRW Lucas Varity - Mangrow Planner system - tool for planning up to limited (end) capacities.
