At the end of March recertification audit was held in the company Merz s.r.o. Main goal of this audit was to review the processes of the company and its competence according to ISO 9001:2008.
Within one day the auditors reviewed all processes, including management and support processes. The increased attention was devoted to process of contract realization. During the audit, there were no disagreements found and Merz company once again proved to be a reliable partner and provides its customers with the best possible quality products and services. |
