Presentation to be delivered at Prague’s Strategic Group Project Workshop |
The employees of Merz are to attend a workshop entitled, "Strategy of globalization and new challenges." The workshop organized by Jaseka Company will take place in Prague on October 20th, 2011. At this workshop, Ing. Petr Plaček, an employee of Merz, will deliver a presentation with the title, "Project management and centralization of know-how under the conditions of a global firm."
This presentation will introduce the audience to some of the key issues surrounding the subject, including:
- how to manage projects involving entities in Europe, America and Asia effectively;
- how to minimise redundant activity;
- how to streamline corporate know-how, utilize synergies, and at the same time prevent leakage of information;
- how to bring closer the decision-making process and implementation of appropriate centralized solution.
