Waterwork Pilsen - Monitoring and control of central water treatment plant
Between 2002 – 2003, Merz s.r.o. implemented a monitoring and control system for the central water treatment plant in Vodárna Pilsen. It included a modernization of the whole control system in all technological parts - filtration, chlorination station, chemical management, ozonation, pumping station - and consequent reconstruction of some technologies. It was also necessary to replace the existing control system in the dispatch centre without interrupting the operation.
